摘　　要：ArcIMS是当前最常用的WebGIS开发软件,以往利用ArcIMS实现WebGIS都是利用其提供的几种定制方式,配置比较烦琐,在二次开发上支持不是很好。该文在分析了现有几种ArcIMS开发方式的优缺点基础上,在.NET环境下对ArcXML的生成进行了封装,并利用ASP.NET技术,以通用的GIS控件的形式,实现了.NET环境下的基于控件和ArcIMSImageServices的WebGIS开发。ArcIMS is the general development software of WebGIS at present. Previously the implementation of WebGIS based on ArcIMS always use it’s several customing method which is a little tedious and not good in secondary development.On the basis of analy-sing of the of merits and dismerits existing developed methods, this article describes the packaging of the create of ArcXML with .NET, and implements the WebGIS development based on controller and ArcIMS Image Services by using ASP.NET and a general GIS Controller.
