摘　　要：从合成氨装置操作技术的角度出发,通过改进冷态下一段炉系统的开车方法,寻找化工投料的最佳速度、时间、低变炉最佳升温时机及采用合成催化剂自热均衡升温等措施,从而达到节约开车时间,减少经济损失的目的。From the point of view of the operating techniques of ammonia plant, this paper improves the start-up method of the primary reformer system at cold state, finds out optimal feeding rate, time and optimal temperaturing opportunity for low temperature shift converter, takes such measures as the synthesis catalyst autothermal and uniform temperaturing. Thus the aim of saving start-up time and reducing economic loss is realized.
