冷杉精油对几种瓜蔬幼苗立枯病的防治效果

摘　　要：以天然巴山冷杉精油为主料,五氯硝基苯为辅料进行的西瓜、茄子、辣椒种子萌发及其幼苗立枯病防治试验结果表明:高浓度的冷杉精油对种子萌发有一定抑制作用。不同稀释倍液的冷杉精油对西瓜幼苗立枯病均具有一定的防治效果。1500倍液的五氯硝基苯和1000倍液冷杉精油混合使用对西瓜立枯病有良好的防治效果,较单独使用1500倍液的五氯硝基苯防效提高了33.3%。Using pentachloronitrobenzene(PCNB) as auxiliary meterial, the control effection dumping-off and germination inhibation of fir essencial oil were investigated on several vegetables.The results show that the high-concentration fir essencial oil inhibits seeds from germinating, the different concentrations of fir essencial oil have special control effect on watermelon damping-off, PCNB(1 500 times dilution) mixed with fir essencial oil (1 000 time dilution) is superior to the others, and the control effect increases 49.2% more than using 1 500 times of PCNB dilute alone.
