硅钨酸的制备与异丁醛乙二醇缩醛的催化合成

摘　　要：研究了硅钨酸制备及催化合成异丁醛乙二醇缩醛的反应,考察了催化剂的用量、反应时间、醛醇物质的量比及带水剂等因素对合成反应的影响。结果表明,硅钨酸是合成缩醛的良好催化剂,在优化条件下,收率最高可达92.2%。The preparing method of silicotungstic acid catalyst and the factors influencing on the catalytic synthesis of isobutyraldehyde ethylene acetal from isobutyraldehyde and glycol were discussed in this paper.These factors are the dosage of catalyst, the reaction time and the molar ratio of isobutyraldehyde to glycol. Experiment result showed that H_4SiW_(12)O_(40) catalyst is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing isobutyraldehyde ethylene acetal. Its yield can reach up to 92.2% under the experiment conditions.
