摘  要:研制出一种三角槽型透明高分子聚合物光栅与该聚合物平板间填充有机非线性光学液体的夹层结构器件,具有非线性自调制光限幅功能。实验测得该器件对较弱的532nm波长的YAG倍频激光透过率大于60%,对较强激光透过率小于2%~3%。理论预期在激光波长400~700nm都有光限幅特性,且愈靠近532nm波长,激光限幅功能愈强。首次从实验上验证了该非线性光栅具有自适应宽带光限幅的功能。它不仅可以实现可调谐光限幅,且对所设计的激光波长,达到能量低于人眼安全阈值的高效激光防护成为可能。A sandwiched structure device,filled with organic nonlinear optical liquid between a transparent high polymer grating with a triangle groove and a high polymer plate is researched and produced. The device has optical limiting capacity by the nonlinear self modulating. It was measured by experiment that the transmittivity of the device to YAG laser beam of double frequency with 532 nm wavelength was more then 60 % on the condition of a lower light intensity, and was gotten 2 %~3 % in a higher light intensity. It is expected in terms of theory that the optical limiting characteristic of the device is in the range of the wavelength from 400 nm to 700 nm. And the increment of the optical limiting ability is presented when the laser wavelength is near by 532 nm. It has been verified firstly from the experiment in this paper that the nonlinear grating has adaptive broad bandwidth optical limiting capacity. The nonlinear grating can not only realize optical tuning limiting, but the high efficiency laser protection can also be possible, the energy can be lower than safety threshold of eyes to laser wavelength designed.
