摘 要:本文采用原子吸收光谱法测定了陕西不同病情大骨节病区儿童血清Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe含量。结果表明,血清Cu含量无论在病区与非病区,不同病情病区组,以及患儿与健儿之间均无明显差异。血清Zn含量除患儿显著高于病区健儿(P<0.01)外,其余组之间无明显差异。血清Mn、Fe含量病区显著低于非病区(P<0.01),但在不同病情病区组之间随干骺端检出率增高而明显增加(P<0.01),其中血清Mn含量与干骺端检出率显著正相关(r=0.988,P<0.01),患儿明显高于病区健儿(P<0.05)。Serum Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe contents were determined by the atomic absorption spectroscopy method in the children from kaschin-Beck disease differently affected areas. The results showed that serum Cu contents did not display any significant differences between the endemic and the non-endemic group, the different diseased conditions in the endemic areas, and the patient and the healthy children; and that serum Zn was increased in the patients, compared with the healthy children from the endemic areas (P<0. 01),although it was similar to one another between the other groups. Unlike Cu and Zn,serum Mn and Fe were very strikingly lower in the endemic children than in the non-endemic ones (P<0. 01), in particular, serum Mn indicated a significant positive correlation with metaphyseal positive rates (r=0. 989,P<0. 01),and was increased in the patients,compared with the healthy children from the endemic areas (P<0. 05).
