摘  要:用瑞典ThermalMetricAB公司制造的新型微量量热仪(3114 /32 36TAMAir)测定了不同浓度的头孢曲松钠、钩藤碱对大肠杆菌代谢作用的热功率—时间曲线,计算出细菌代谢的生长速率常数,建立了生长速率常数与药物浓度的关系,进而确定了最小抑菌浓度,在亚抑菌浓度下培养耐药菌,测出在亚抑菌浓度作用下的每一代耐药菌生长代谢的热功率—时间曲线,计算出每一代耐药菌的生长速率常数,建立了生长速率常数与传代次数之间的关系。By using 3114/3236 TAM Air(Sweden),bacteriostasic activity of different concentration solution of ceftriaxone sodium and rhynchophylline for E.coli was determined, and the growth rate constants were calculated. The relationship between μ and c was established and the minimal inhibitory concentration was confirmed. The bacteria were cultured in the second inhibitory concentration, then the power_time curves of the second inhibitory concentration for every generation of drug fast bacteria were determined. The growth rate constants of every generation of drug fast bacteria were calculated, then the relationship of μ and n was fit by computer with the regular pattern of drug resistance established.
