摘  要:酪氨酸在pH 9.3的Na2 B4O7·10H2 O底液中,与镍(Ⅱ)产生一灵敏的二阶导数极谱波,其峰电位VP为- 0 .86V(vsSCE) ,酪氨酸的浓度在16~16 0 μmol/L范围内与峰电流IP 有良好的线性关系,检出限为2μmol/L .研究了极谱波的性质和电极反应机理.In a borate buffer solution (pH 9.3), nickel(Ⅱ) could combine with Tyrosine and causes a sensitive polaro_graphic wave. The peak potential appears at -0.86 V(vs SCE). The second_order derivative peak current of the wave was linearly proportional to the concentration of Tyrosine over a range of 16~160 μmol/L with a detection limit of 2 μmol/L. The properties of polarographic wave and the electrode reaction mechanism were discussed. The proposed method was used to determine Tyrosine in injection samples.
