加用中药泡足治疗糖尿病性多发性神经病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药泡足治疗糖尿病性多发性神经病的疗效。方法:在西药治疗的基础上,治疗组42例给予中药浸泡双足,对照组40例采用维生素B1100mg,维生素B12500μg肌肉注射。两组疗程均为3周。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候积分、神经传导速度较治疗前明显改善,疗效优于对照组(P<0 01)。结论:加用中药泡足治疗糖尿病性多发性神经病有较好的疗效。Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effect on diabetic polyneuropathy by soaking foot in chinese herbal solution.Methods:82cases were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated by soaking foot in chinese herbal solution,while the control group was injected vitamin B 1 and B 12 intramuscularly.The treatment course for each group lasted three weeks.Results:In the treatment group,the clinical symptom integral in TCM and the nerve conductive velocity were obˉviously improved after the treatment.The curative effect was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Better curative effects can be achieved for Diabetic Polyneuropathy with soaking foot in Chinese herbal solution.
