摘　　要：针对高速遥感图像数据源的特点,提出了基于FPGA片外ZBT SRAM的双缓冲方案,并实现了ZBTSRAM控制器。该控制器提供FPGA与两片ZBT SRAM之间的接口,通过乒乓操作实现了对高速数据流的无缝缓冲与处理,为压缩处理模块提供了符合流水线算法要求的输入数据。本设计基于Altera公司的Stratix系列FPGA实现,并已在实际中通过验证,满足功能和时序要求。In this paper, a dual-buffer scheme based on ZBT SRAMs off the FPGA is proposed for the high speed remote sensing image data source, and the ZBT SRAM controller is implemented. The controller, which provides the interface between the FPGA and two ZBT SRAMs, realizes seamless buffering and processing for high speed data streams with ping-pong operation, and supplies the compression processing module with appropriate input data that fit pipelined algorithm. The design is implemented based on the FPGA of Stratix series. It has been verified successfully in the fact, meeting the requirements of function and timing.
