拉压系数对厚壁圆筒极限载荷的影响

摘  要:在应用双剪统一强度理论,同时考虑材料的拉压强度差效应,在内压和轴力联合作用下厚壁圆筒的极限载荷表达式中,取b =0 .5 ,选取无量纲极限载荷,则可获得无量纲形式的极限载荷表达式;这些表达式表示了极限载荷与拉压系数之间的关系.根据这些表达式,绘制了不同拉压系数的极限载荷线图和极限载荷随着拉压系数变化规律的曲线.不同的拉压系数极限载荷线图说明了在厚壁圆筒处于屈服极限状态下,极限载荷变化的规律;拉压系数减小,厚壁圆筒承受压缩载荷的能力增强.The non-dimension expressions of limit loading are obtained when the coefficient b=0.5 is chosen and the non-demension limit loadings are expressed in the limit loading expressions of thick-walled tube with strength differential effect in tension and compression under the combining effect of both inner pressure and axia force in the twin shear unified strength theory. Those show the functions between both the limit loading of thick-walled tube and the coefficient of both tention and compression.Both curves of limit load under different coefficients of both tention and compression chosen and that of limit loading vs coefficients of both tention and compression are plotted. The formers show the loading capacity of compression is strengthened and the laters indicate the varying rules of limit loading as the value of the coefficient changes under the yielding state of thick-walled tube.
