摘　　要：数据迁移是管理信息系统和数据库系统开发中常遇到的问题。介绍了数据迁移的概念,叙述了实现数据迁移的几种方法(利用数据管道、数据窗口、动态的SQL语句、Delphi的Borland数据库引擎BDE(Borland Database Engine),Oracle的数据转换工具DCT(Data Conversion Tool)),并进行了对比。以南通华能电厂管理信息系统升级过程为例说明利用BDE实现数据迁移的方法,并给出了科技档案模块数据迁移的具体实现过程及代码实现。Data transfer is common in the development of management information system and database system. The conception of data transfer is introduced, and several implementing methods are depicted and compared,which are data pipe,data windows,dynamic SQL statement,BDE(Borland Database Engine) of Delphi and DCT(Data Conversion Tool) of Oracle. Taking the management information system upgrade of Nantong Huaneng Electric Plant as an example, its implementation with BDE is illuminated, and the implementing process and coding of data transfer for technical file module are offered.
