摘　　要：介绍了2003年全国电网元件保护的运行情况,包括100 MW及以上发电机保护、50 Mvar及以上调相机保护、220 kV及以上变压器保护、220 kV及以上母线及失灵保护。并针对大量事故实例进行保护不正确动作情况的分析,指出保护不正确动作的原因及责任。通过元件保护事故信息的交流,总结经验教训,从而有助于提高元件保护的整体运行水平。The element protection operation all over China' s grids in 2003 are introduced,including 100 MW and above generator protection,50 Mvar and above synchronous condenser protection,220 kV and a-bove transformer protection,220 kV and above bus protection and failure protection. With fault examples, protection misoperations are analyzed, and their reasons and responsibilities are pointed out. The information of element protection faults is exchanged, and the experiences and lessons are summarized, which helps to improve the whole operation level of element protections.
