On the Characteristics of Sink,Source,Flow on the Two-Line Intersubspecific Hybrid Combinations and Its Relationship with Yield

摘  要:以亚杂1号(株1S/广粳1号)等6个组合和汕优63(对照)共7个组合为材料,对各组合库、源、流的主要特征性状及其与产量的关系进行了研究.结果表明:1)两系亚种间组合亚杂1号、亚杂2号库、源、流的主要特征良好,产量最高;2)两系亚种间组合具有较大的光合叶面积和较长的光合功能期;3)各组合单茎重与大、小维管数相关显著,与维管总面积、韧皮部总面积相关极显著;单茎鞘重与大维管数、维管总面积相关显著,与韧皮部总面积相关极显著.The characteristics of sink,source and its relationship with yield were studied by using six combinations including ISHR1(Zhu1S/Guanggeng1hao),Shanyou63 as check.The results are as follows:1) ISHR1 and ISHR2 (618S/Guanggeng2hao) had highest yield because of their good characteristics of sink,source and flow.2) The two-line intersubspecific hybrid combinations have a larger photosynthetic leaf area and a longer photosynthetic period of the late filling period.3) The weight of a single stem is correlated with the number of large vascular bundle and the number of small vascular bundles,is correlated significantly with the area of vascular bundles and the area of phloem for vascular bundles.The weight of a single sheath is correlated with the number of large vascular bundle and the area of vascular bundles,is correlated significantly with the area of phloem for vascular bundles.
