摘  要:通过田间试验,于2002和2003年在湖南长沙地区的红菜园土和冲积菜园土两种土壤条件下研究了氢醌、双氰胺和硫脲3种硝化抑制剂对土壤和小白菜硝酸盐含量及小白菜产量、养分吸收和其他品质的影响.结果表明,3种硝化抑制剂在试验的各个时期均不同程度地降低了土壤和小白菜硝酸盐含量,其中以双氰胺的效果最好.3种硝化抑制剂均可不同程度地提高小白菜的产量,也以双氰胺的效果最好,且在红菜园土上的增产效果要比冲积菜园土上显著.另外,3种硝化抑制剂还能显著提高小白菜的维生素C和可溶性糖含量,增强对N,P养分的吸收.The paper studied the effects of applying 3 nitrification inhibitors,Hydroquinone(HQ),Dicyandiamide(DCD) and Thiourea(TU),on nitrate contents in soils and in pakchoi,yield and other nitrition qualities of pakchoi with plot experiment in 2 soils of suburb of Changsha city,Hunan Province,in 2002 and 2003.The results showed that all the nitrification inhibitors could decrease nitrate contents in soils and in pakchoi during the whole growth periods and increase the yield of pakchoi to some extent.But there were not the same tendency in different soils and for different nitrification inhibitors,the yield of pakchoi was higher in red vegetable soil than that in alluvial vegetable soil.DCD had the best effect among 3 nitrification inhibitors.In addition,applying nitrification inhibitors could increase vitamin C and soluble sugar contents in pakchoi,and promote N and P uptakes by pakchoi.
