摘　　要：转录因子在植物胁迫应答途径中起着十分重要的作用.就转录因子的概念与结构,转录因子的分类与ERF等4类主要转录因子家族的生物学功能进行了详细介绍.对近年来应用转录因子提高植物的抗寒性,抗旱性,抗盐性与抗病性的研究进行了综述.Transcription factors play an important role in plant tolerance to environmental stresses.This review introduced the conception,structure and sorts of transcription factor.Especially the biological function of bZIP,ERF, WRKY,MYB transcription factors were expounded.The study of application of the transcription factor enhanced the plant tolerance to cold,dry and salt and disease resistance were also summarized.These results suggested it was a new way to manipulate and regulate transcription factors in order to enhance the plant stress resistance.
