羊、牛、猪三种布鲁氏菌国际参考菌株对不同品系小鼠免疫抑制作用的比较研究

摘　　要：通过应用ＣｏｎＡ诱导的＾３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ标记的淋巴细胞转化试验，对比观察了羊、牛、猪三种布鲁氏菌的国际参考菌株１６Ｍ、５４４Ａ、１３３０Ｓ三种不同品系小鼠ＣＢＡ、Ｃ５７，ＢＬ，Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ淋巴细胞转化的不同影响。An experimental study was carried out on the effect of Br. melitensis16, Br. abortus 544 and Br. suis 1330 on lymphocyte blastogenesiS transformation (LBT) in C57BL, Balb/c and CBA inbred mice by using 3H-TdR labelled technique. It was shown that the LBT in C57BL mice infected with Br. melitensis 16 was suppressed significantly H and 20 days post infection (P> 0. 05). But the LBT returned to normal level after 30 days gradually. A significant suppression was also observed in CBA mice infected with Br. abortus 544 and Br. suis 1330 strains 180 days post infection (P <0. 05). Nevertheless, there was no significant effect on LBT in CBA mice which infected with Br. melitensis ] 6. There was no obvious difference among the three strains of Brucella in Balb/c mice as compared with the control group (P> 0. 05).
