聚硫橡胶/环氧树脂/棕刚玉弹性砂轮的研制

摘　　要：研究聚硫橡胶/环氧树脂/棕刚玉三元共混体系对金属的高精度磨蚀机理。研制的聚硫橡胶/环氧树脂/棕刚玉弹性砂轮对金属的磨光粗糙度可达Ra=0.8μm。采用0.5～0.6份分散剂研制的弹性砂轮,能够达到Ra=1.0μm以下的高精度磨光要求。对异型精密仪器的磨光工效是手工磨光的8～10倍。The interpenetrating network(IPN) structure of polysulfide rubber/epoxy resin/brown corundum alloy and its high accuracy wearing mechanism to metal were studied. The polishing coarseness of the developed elastic grinding wheel was 0.8 μm, the elastic grinding wheel which included 0.5～0.6 shares of dispersants could meet the requirement of high accuracy polish standard(Ra<1.0 μm), For polishing special accuracy equipment, the efficiency by using this grinding wheel was 8～10 times than that by handwork.
