小金丸与三苯氧胺合用治疗乳腺囊性增生病250例分析

摘　　要：目的:观察小金丸和三苯氧胺合用治疗乳腺囊性增生病的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将500例乳腺囊性增生病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各250例。对照组单用三苯氧胺治疗,治疗组在对照组相同治疗的基础上加用小金丸治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为92 0%,对照组总有效率为67 6%,两组有非常显著性差异(P<0. 01)。结论:小金丸与三苯氧胺合用治疗乳腺囊性增生病疗效满意,优于单用三苯氧胺。To observe the Clinical efficacy of xiaojinwan combined tamoxifen in treatment the Hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:500 cases hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into 2 groups:xiaojinwan combined tamoxifen (xiaojinwan 1 2~3g,po,Bid.tamoxifen 10mg,po,Bid) and alone used tamosifen (10mg,po Bid) groups,as control.Results:The total effective rate was 92% and 67% ( P<0.01 ) ,in two groups.Conclusion:The efficacy of xiaojinwan combined tamoxinfen in treating the hyperplasia of mammary gland is satisfactory and superior to alone used tamoxifen.
