肤康涂膜剂对豚鼠石膏样毛癣菌感染的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肤康涂膜剂对豚鼠皮肤石膏样毛癣菌感染的疗效。方法:制备豚鼠皮肤石膏样毛癣菌感染模型,用肤康涂膜剂进行治疗,并与联苯苄唑乳膏进行比较。结果:肤康涂膜刑具有抗石膏样毛癣菌感染作用,用药1周后就产生明显效果,随着治疗时间延长,疗效进一步增加,其皮损好转及真菌转阴明显优于联苯苄唑乳膏(P<0.05)。结论:肤康涂膜剂外用治疗豚鼠皮肤癣菌有显著疗效。Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Fukang paints on guinea pigs dermatophytosis caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes. Method: The guinea pigs with dermatophytosis caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes were used as infecting model. The infecting models received the experimental treatment with Fukang paints, and bifonazole cream was used in controlled group. Result: Fukang paints had the therapy effect on the dermatophytosis infection induced by trichophytion mentagrophytes. The obvious effects occured after drug used for 1 week. The curative effects had a further increase with the course of treatment lengthened, and the improvement of Fukang on damaged skin and the disappearance on fungus were quicker than bifonazole cream. Conclusion: Fukang paints has good curative effect against dermatophytosis by external use.
