复方丹芩颗粒长期服用对大鼠血液生化及血细胞成分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丹芩颗粒长期服用对机体血细胞成分、肝功与肾功的影响。方法:给大鼠不同剂量复方丹芩颗粒灌胃180 d后,取血进行血常规及血液生化检验。结果:喂食复方丹芩颗粒组大鼠血液生化及血常规值均与对照组无显著差别。结论:复方丹芩颗粒长期服用对机体血液成分及肝、肾功能无不良影响。Objective: To explore the influences of Danqin granules on blood cell composition, liver function, and kidney function. M ethod: The rats were given the different doses of Danqin granules for six months. Then the blood samples were taken and examined by blood routine test and biochemcal test. Result: The value of blood routine and biochemistrical indices in the tested group had no difference compared with controlled group. Conclusion: Taking long-time Danqin granules has no a bad influence on blood composition , liver and kidney functions.
