摘 要:研究了溶液的温度、氧化铝质量浓度、苛性比αk 等因素对铝酸钠溶液粘度的影响。研究结果表明:低温、高浓度、高苛性比及过饱和度较高的溶液粘度较大,反之则较小。这主要是因为溶液的温度、浓度和苛性比等因素影响了溶液中Al(OH)4-4 与聚合铝酸根离子间的相互转变,从而影响了溶液的粘度;对实验数据进行多元线性拟合得到了溶液粘度与温度、浓度及苛性比的定量关系:lnη=-1.554+1.139αk+0.0187 2ρ-0.050 3T。The influences of temperature, concentration of alumina and molar ratio of soda and alumina (αk) on the viscosity of pure sodium aluminate solution were studied. Results show that viscosity mainly depends on temperature, concentration, n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3), and supersaturation of the solution. The viscosity is higher at lower temperature, higher concentration, higher αk and higher supersaturation. This may be attributed to the transformation between Al(OH)44- and poly-aluminate ion at different temperatures, concentrations and n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3). Through multi-element linear regression the quantitative relationship among viscosity of the solution, temperature, concentration and n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3) is obtained as follows: ln η = -1.554 + 1.139 αk + 0.01872 ρ -0.0503 T.
