摘  要:应用混沌分形理论,选择合适的滞时对炼铜转炉粗铜成分中粗铜品位、粗铜含氧率以及含硫率时间序列进行了相空间重构,并得出了不同嵌入相空间下粗铜品位、粗铜含氧率以及含硫率时间序列关联维的变化规律。计算结果表明:炼铜转炉产粗铜成分时间序列具有分形特征,且该时间序列是混沌序列;在炼铜转炉产粗铜动力学系统中,影响粗铜品位的系统内部因素最多可达7个,最少不会小于3 个;而影响粗铜含氧率的系统内部因素可多达5个,最少不会小于2个;影响粗铜含硫率的系统内部因素可多达6个,最少不小于3个。After a suitable value of time lag was decided, the time series embedding space (about) crude copper composition such as the percent of copper content, the percent of oxygen content and the percent of sulfur content, was rebuilt based on the theory of chaos and fractal, and their changing regularities of the value of the correction dimension were obtained in different embedding spaces. The results show that there are fractal and chaos features in the crude copper composition time series from the copper convertor. In the dynamics system of crude copper composition from copper convertor, there are seven internal factors at best and three internal factors at least for the percent of copper content, but there are five internal factors at best and two internal factors at least for the percent of oxygen content and there are six internal factors at best and three internal factors at least for the percent of sulfur content.
