摘　　要：阐述了应用DSP的电气参数测试仪与计算机通讯电路硬件和软件的设计.结合VB,文章介绍了基于Windows的监控软件的功能和结构.实践证明通讯电路稳定,监控软件运行可靠.The design of hardware and software of communication circuit between the electrical parameter meters with DSP and computer is analyzed in detail. The structure and function of monitoring and control software are introduced. The stabilization of the RS232 communication circuit and monitoring and control software are proved in practice.
