摘  要:通过对甲磺酸银体系和硝酸银体系中电沉积制备银纳米膜时的电沉积速率的比较及对所得纳米膜形貌的分析发现,在相同工艺条件下,硝酸银体系中得到的银纳米膜晶粒粒径比较小,膜的生长速率较快。选定硝酸银体系为电沉积体系,考察了槽压、电解液的浓度和温度及电解液的pH值对电沉积制备纳米膜的影响,确立了电沉积制备银纳米膜的最佳电解液组成及工艺条件。By comparing the morphology and growth rate of silver nanofilm prepared by electrodeposition in the electrolyte containing silver methylsufonic and silver nitrate respectively, it was found that the silver nanofilm prepared in the electrolyte containing silver nitrate grew rapidly and distributed uniformly than that prepared in the electrolyte containing silver methylsufonic. Thus the silver nitrate was selected as the electrolyte for preparation of silver nanofilm. Meanwhile, the effect of electrolyte concentration, pH value and temperature as well as cell voltage on preparation of silver nanofilm was also investigated. The optimal craft for preparation of silver nanofilm by electrodeposition is:silver nitrate 5 mmol·L-1, stearic acid 0. 2g·L-1, pH value 3. 0 and cell voltage 8V.
