摘  要:研究了Bi2O3对CLNT陶瓷的烧结性能、物相和介电性能的影响.添加4%~10%(质量分数)Bi2O3,在液相Bi2O3和Bi2O3-TiO2两重作用下,烧结温度降至1050℃.XRD分析表明:斜方钙钛矿相出现分裂,产生第二相.随Bi2O3含量增加,Q·f值下降,τf向负温度系数方向移动,当0<w(Bi2O3)≤4%,εr基本不变;w(Bi2O3)>4%,εr因气孔增加而减小.4%Bi2O3试样在1050℃烧结4h,εr为37.8,Q·f为11030GHz,τf为12×10-6℃-1.The effects of Bi2O3 addition on the sinterability, crystal structure and dielectric properties of CLNT ceramics were investigated. The sintering temperature was decreased from 1 150℃ to 1 050℃ with 4 wt%~10 wt% Bi2O3 addition due to Bi2O3 and Bi2O3-TiO2 liquid phase sintering effect. X-ray diffractometry analyses results indicate that the phase divide and produce the second phase.When mass fraction of Bi2O3 is less than 4wt%,the dielectric constant change a little. When mass fraction of Bi2O3 is more than 4wt%,the dielectric constant decreases due to pore .The Q·f value decrease owing to Bi2O3-TiO2 phase formation and the τf values are shifted toward negative direction with the increase of Bi2O3 addtion.The εr value of 37.8, Q·f value of 11 030 GHz and τf value of 12×10–6℃–1 are obtained for CLNT ceramics with 4 wt% Bi2O3 sintered at 1 050℃ for 4 h.
