摘 要:针对合成氨生产的复杂性,以提高氨净值为目标,提出了“两步逐级正交优化”的概念并设计了相关试验方案.作为前期工作,整定了合成氨生产系统PID控制器参数,实现了氨合成塔热点温度的自动控制,提高了氨合成塔的操作水平.在此基础上,在一套年产8万吨的合成氨系统上成功实施了氨净值两步逐级正交优化,氨净值提高了0.52%,取得了明显的经济效益.In view of the complexity of ammonia synthesis, a two-step gradual optimization experiment for increasing the net value of ammonia was designed. As the advance preparation for the experiment, we finished tuning parameters of PID controllers that were used in synthetic ammonia unit. Then a predictive control system was designed. After the system was put into operation, automatic control of hot-point temperature of ammonia reactor was achieved, and operation performance of ammonia reactor was improved. At last a two-step gradual optimization experiment was done to optimize the operation condition of the ammonia synthesizer (80,000 tons per year). Net value of ammonia has risen 0.52%, promising a considerable economic benefit.
