一种新型皮革染色增艳剂的助染性研究

摘　　要：本文合成了一种以N-十二烷基-β-氨基丙酸钠为主要结构的两性表面活性剂,将其作为一种新型皮革染色增艳剂同不同类型的染料作用后,用722型可见分光光度计测定不同波长下的吸光度,制作吸光度曲线,确定这种新型染色增艳剂的助染性。同时进行皮革染色应用实验进一步验证。结果表明此种新型染色增艳剂对酸性和直接染料具有很好的增深、增艳作用,对金属络合染料没有增艳作用,烘干后使用增艳效果消失。A kind of amphoteric surfactant with main structure of Sodium N-Dodecyl-β-Aminopropionate was synthesized in this paper, then it was treated as a new type of dyeing brightening agent to act with different types of leather dyestuffs and their absorbency was made to determine its assistant properties using spectrophotometer. The agent was also used in leather dyeing to make more demonstrations. The results showed that the dyeing brightening agent can brighten and deepen direct and acid dyes,but it has no effect on metal complex dyes and its brightening effect disappears after being baked.
