摘 要:目的探讨临床实习护生的适应状况与实习效果的关系,寻求促进护生的适应反应、提高实习效果的最佳途径。方法以Roy适应模式理论为框架,以问卷调查的形式对220 名临床实习护生进行临床实习适应状况与实习效果的相关调查。结果临床实习护生(下称护生)适应状况的4 个方面及实习效果的4 个方面均呈正相关关系。结论带教老师应注意分辨各种刺激,有意识地进行引导,使所有的刺激都落在护生的适应区内,并预计护生无效反应的发生,尽早强化生理调节器和认知调节器及其它适应机制,帮助她们成功适应,以提高实习效果。Objective To find the optimal way to promote the effect of nursing practice. Methods On the ground of Roy’s adaptation model, a research about the adaptive condition and the effect of practice of the clinical practical nurses was done through 220 questionnaires taken by the clinical practical nurses. Results There were many different adaptive conditions of the clinical practical nurses. The four aspects of the adaptive condition had a positive relationship with the four aspects of the effect of practice. The effect of practice was improved, as the adaptive condition was promoted. Conclusion The clinical teachers should take care of all kinds of fillips, conduct the clinical practical nurses by purpose, make all the fillips in the limit of the adaptive bound of nurses, foresee the happening of invalid feedbacks, and strengthen the physiological adjuster, cognitive adjuster and other adaptive factors, to help the clinical practical nurses adapt successfully and prove the effect of practice.
