摘  要:本研究对姬菇杂交菌株F1代子实体不同生育期、不同部位组织分离所得的菌株以及多孢分离所得的菌株从拮抗、菌丝生长速度、酯酶同工酶、出菇产量与子实体形态特征方面进行了比较,探讨姬菇杂交菌株遗传性状的保持方法。结果显示,组织分离菌株彼此之间以及与出发菌株之间没有拮抗现象,多孢分离菌株与出发菌株及组织分离菌株出现拮抗现象;在菌丝生长速度上组织和多孢分离菌株与出发菌株差异都不显著;珊瑚期分离菌株和幼菇期菌褶分离菌株产量高,达极显著水平,分别较出发菌株增产65 8%和50 8%,其它菌株与出发菌株差异不显著;组织分离菌株与出发菌株具有相同的酯酶同工酶酶带,而多孢分离菌株不仅具有出发菌株的酶带而且增加了1条新的酶带。所以组织分离方法可以较好地保持姬菇杂交菌株的遗传性状,并且选择珊瑚期和幼菇期菌褶进行分离有望获得更高产的菌株。The tissue isolation strains from different growth periods and different parts of Pleurotus cornucopiae hybrid strain and the spores isolation strain were compared with parental strain in the antagonism, the growth rate of mycelia , the esterase isozyme and the yield and the form characteristics of fruitbody. The method of genetics characteristics retainment of Pleurotus cornucopiae hybrid strain was studied. The result indicated that the antagonism phenomenon did not occurred between the tissue isolation strains and the parental strain, but occurred between the spores isolation strain and the parental strain or the tissue isolation strains; the difference of the growth rate of mycelia was not significant between the isolation strains and the parental strain; the yields of the tissue isolation strains from the coral-like period of fruitbody and the gill of the little fruitbody were significantly different with the parental strain,and their increment rate were 65.8 % and 50.8 %,respectively,the difference of the yield of the other strains were not significant with the parental strain; the all isolation strains had the same esterase isozyme electrophoresis chromatogram with the parental strain, but the spores isolation strain had one new chromatogram. As a conclusion, the tissue isolation could retain preferably the genetic characteristics of Pleurotus cornucopiae hybrid strain, and high yield strain could be expected to obstain from the coral-like period of fruitbody and the gill tissue of little fruitbody.
