一株牛源产不耐热肠毒素大肠杆菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：从遵义犊牛腹泻粪便中分离到一株大肠杆菌ZB9,通过微生物生理生化、Southern分析、PCR检测、免疫学及生物学毒性检测,鉴定为产LT的大肠杆菌,分析表明,该株菌与猪源、人源等产LT的大肠杆菌具有一定相似性。A Escherichia coli ZB9,which isolated from calf in Zunyi,was detected as a enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli throuth the assay of physiological and biochemistry,Southern blotting,PCR detecting,immunological and biological toxin.Analysis showed that it was similar with the LT enterotoxin Escherichia coli strains from human or pig origin.
