摘　　要：用抗新城疫病毒特异结构多防免疫印渍法，对Muktdswat、HitchnerB1、Lasota、V4和国内两个分离株（NDC、G）进行毒为分析，结果表明该方法可区别上述强弱毒力株，其毒力强弱顺序为:Mukteswar＞HitchnerB1和Lasota＞V4＞NDC。证明该方法在新城疫病毒强弱毒力株的鉴别上特异性强、准确性高，可为NDV的基础研究和流行病学调查提供可靠的理论依据。Western - blot using antipetide antithey against NDV was applied or analyse Pathogenic Variations of Muk-teswar, Hitchner B1 Lasota,V4 and two Chinese isotutes (NDC, G). Resuet shownd that this wethod coald differenhate the ViruLlence of the said sfrains in the order: Mu kteswar > Hi tchnerB1 and hasotu > V' > NDC, indicating that it was both specific and sensitiue in differentiate NDV strains and Providing reliable and thcorettal ha for the vearch and epidemao logiail investigntion of Newcastle disease vivus.
