摘　　要：简述传统期刊编辑流程和模式 ,指出其不足之处 ;论述在现代信息技术背景下编辑流程和模式再造的现实性及可行性 ;简析传统编辑方式出现的历史性、合理性及局限性 ;介绍《水利经济》编辑部编辑流程和模式再造的具体做法 :充分利用文字处理软件的修订功能 ,使用“编辑之星”双文对校软件对各校次进行异同校 ,在期刊编辑部人员定编职数少的条件下初步形成编校合一的工作模式。The traditional editing process and mode and their shortcomings are analyzed. The practicality of reconstructing editing process and mode in the environment of modern IT is discussed. Then the authors introduce a new work flow employed in the Editorial Office of Journal of Economics of Water Resources: make use of the emending function of word process software, proofreading software Star of Editors and attain synchronized editing and proofreading basically.
