双J管在泌尿系疾患中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双J管内引流在泌尿系疾病中的应用、置管方法、时间、适应证及并发症。方法对282例泌尿系疾病患者采用放置双J管作内支架和内引流治疗,术后留置尿管5～7天,1周～3个月拔除双J管。结果放置双J管后无切口感染、尿漏等并发症,肾积水明显好转,吻合口通畅,切口愈合好。结论双J管具有内支架和内引流作用,并发症少,减少术后再狭窄机会,缩短住院时间,使用简单、安全、可靠。Objective:To explore the application,tubing technique,time, in dication and complications of double J tube used as internal drainage in urinary diseases.Methods:Double J tube was used as internal stent and drainage in282cas es of urinary disease for1to3months,and catheter was used for5to7days.Results:N o complication was found such as wound infection and urine leakage.Hydronephrosi s was improved obviously,anastomosis was unobstructed,the incision healed well .Conclusion:Double J tube had the functions of internal stent and drainage,its c omplications were little,it could reduce the chance of re-stricture after opera tion and shorten the time of being in hospital,and was used simply and safely.
