三种他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的经济学分析

摘　　要：目的:比较阿托伐他汀、辛伐他汀、普伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效及经济效果。方法:将96例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为阿托伐他汀组(10mg/d)、辛伐他汀组(20mg/d)和普伐他汀组(20mg/d) ,分别治疗4周后观察各组降脂效果并作成本—效果分析。结果:3组均有明显降脂效果,其中以阿托伐他汀组效价比最优。Objective:To compare the effects and economical efficiency of atorvastatin,simvastatin and pravastatin in the treatment of hyperˉlipemia.Methods:96patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into three groups;atorvastatin in a daily dose of10mg,simvastatin and pravastatin in a daily dose of20mg.After4week's treatment,Clinical effect was observed and cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out.Results:The clinical effects of three kinds of stains were significantly,and atorvastatin was the best one in cost-effectiveness analysis.Conclusion:Atorˉvastatin is an effective,safe and economical drug in treating hyperlipemia.
