摘 要:[目的]了解职业接触六价铬工人血浆的还原能力,为个体防护提供理论基础。[方法]应用“二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法”和“2 ,4- 二硝基苯肼法”分别测定2 6名职业接触六价铬工人和2 5名对照人群外周血浆还原势能和总维生素C、还原型维生素C的含量;作业环境Cr6+ 的测定:采用双滤膜个体采样器8h工作日连续采样,滤膜铬盐含量采用原子吸收分光光度法测定。[结果]铬作业环境六价铬浓度为(0 .2 2 48±0 .1999)mg/m3 ,接触组血浆还原势能(1.695±0 .746)μg/ml低于对照组(2 .177±0 .660 ) μg/ml ,差异有统计学意义(t = 2 .43 9,P <0 .0 5 )。血浆总维生素C(4 5 .2 45±18.3 88)μmol/L和还原型维生素C(2 4.3 71±12 .969) μmol/L的含量分别高于对照组总维生素C(3 2 .2 15±13 .3 0 8) μmol/L、还原型维生素C(17.479±9.182 ) μmol/L ,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2 .889、2 .197,P <0 .0 5 )。血浆还原势能与还原型维生素C之间存在正相关关系。[结论]职业接触六价铬化合物的工人血浆还原势能降低,血浆维生素C含量应激性增高,提示维生素C作为血液中一种主要抗氧化剂,对六价铬毒作用引起的损害具有保护作用。Objective] To study the total plasma reduction capacity for occupational populations with broad ranges of hexavalent chromium(Cr(VI)) exposure. [Methods] The potential plasma reduction capacity was determined by dibenzene anthracoamid dihydrazine spectrophotometry and the content of total vitamin C and reduction ascorbic acid were determined by 2,4-dinitrobenzene hydrazine.The personal exposure air concentration was determined by individual sampling for 8 h/d and chromium was assayed by atomic absorption spectrometry. [Results] The personal exposure air concentration was (0.224 8±0.199 9) mg/m3.The plasma reduction capacity of the exposed workers was significantly lower than that of the controls(P<0.05).The total vitamin C and reduction ascorbic acid in the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a good correlation between the potential plasma reduction capacity and reduction type ascorbic acid. [Conclusion] The potential plasma reduction capacity of the Cr(VI)-exposed workers decreased and the vitamin C compensatively increased due to exposure to chromium(Ⅵ).As one of the main antioxidants,vitamin C probably plays an important role against the adverse effects induced by Cr(VI).
