摘 要:介绍了COM和CORBA这两种分布式应用平台的不同特点,从理论上阐述了这两种用平台互操作的可行性。当建立一个分布式对象解决方案时,COM和CORBA都有其各自的优点,COM是组件体系的主流,CORBA是远程体系结构主流。只有清楚认识到每种技术的优点才能在任何情况下做出合适的选择。为了使COM和CORBA的优势都得到发挥,可以让COM和CORBA对象实现互操作,即实现COM和CORBA的桥接。最后给出一个在Delphi下实现的一个COM和CORBA桥接的简单例子,说明如何在Delphi中实现COM和CORBA的桥接。The respective characteristics of COM and CORBA,two kinds of distributed application architectures,are simply introduced.Elaborate the possibility of interoperation between COM and CORBA theoretically.When build up a distributed application architecture, you should realize that COM and CORBA both have respective advantages.According to each technical advantage,we can make a fit choice under all circumstance between COM and CORBA.In order to use COM and CORBA advantages that will both get exertive,we can implement interoperation between COM and CORBA,namely carrying out the bridging of them.At the end of this paper gives a simple Delphi example that implement a bridging between COM and CORBA.At last draw a conclusion:artificially implement bridge between COM and CORBA is applicable for little system,it is much better to use a commercial component just because it is very hard to do the COM and CORBA bridge connection.
