摘　　要：项目工程的复杂性使得建模工具必须应对可能出现的各种新情况。为了保持开发过程的完整性,建模工具必须能适应工程环境的变化,即建模工具必须具有可扩充性以满足用户和工程的需要。文中以RationalRose工具为例,在充分分析Rose扩充技术的原理的前提下,详细论述Rose的各种扩充方式,最后给出了Rose扩充技术在XDRE逆向工程工具中的应用。Modeling tool must deal with all kinds of new possible circumstance because of the complexity of project.In order to keep the integrity of development process,modeling tool must adapt to the change of a project's development environment,in other words,it must provides users and projects the ultimate flexibility in extending and customizing it to meet their specific needs.Taking Rational Rose as an example,this paper makes a thorough search in all kinds of methods on Rose extensibility,and finally integrates the extension with Rose seamlessly,and all these are based on COM.
