摘　　要：逐段精密卷绕是一种最为先进的卷绕方式,本文从理论上分析了逐段精密卷绕的卷绕原理,并提出了应用单片机实现逐段精密卷绕的导纱机构控制系统。Till up to now, step precision winding is a most progresive winding form for particularly Stringent requirements in regard tp good running conditions, excellent unwinding characteristics, precise yarn deposit on the package surface, damage-free shipping, etc.. In this paper, the winding principle of step precision winding is analyzed in theory, and a control system of yarn traverser for realizing step precision winding is presented.
