中药离子导入治疗排卵功能障碍疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨中药内服外用治疗卵巢排卵功能障碍所致不孕症的临床疗效。方法　选择卵巢排卵功能障碍所致不孕患者4 5例,治疗组采用中药内服配合离子导入治疗,对照组仅内服中药,观察两组治疗前后的基础体温曲线(BBT)、尿液黄体生成激素(LH)等变化。结果　中药内服外治诱发排卵的总有效率为86 . 6 % ,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P <0 . 0 1)。结论　中药内服配合离子导入治疗排卵功能障碍有较好的临床疗效。Objective To research on the clinical effect of treatment of sterility caused by ovulation dysfunction,by internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods To perform treatment to the 45 cases of sterility caused by dysfunction ovulation in two groups,therapy group and control group,with combined internal/external application of Chinese medicine and with only internal application of Chinese medicine respectively,while observing the changes of BBT and LH in urine,in the course of treatment.Results The total efficiency of inducing ovulation by internal/external application of Chinese medicine is 86.6% in therapy group.Clinical experiment has proved that curative effect for the therapy group is evidently higher than that for the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The traditional Chinese herbal medicine with iontophoresis could get the preferably curative effect in patients with dysfunction ovulation.
