摘　　要：目的　探讨静脉药物配置中心在医院临床医疗、护理管理、药品使用管理等方面的应用意义。方法　总结介绍该院静脉药物配置中心的建设与使用情况。结果　静脉药物配置中心可以有效地预防控制医源性污染和潜在的职业安全风险,减少药物的浪费,降低护理人员的工作压力,合理利用人力资源。结论　静脉药物配置中心的建立,对促进临床医疗、护理质量的提高具有积极的意义。Objective To promote the improvement of clinical medical treatment,nursing management,drugs usage and economic benefit by the work station of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers(PIVAS).Methods Concluded the material benefit of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers to hospital management quality,patients and nurses by introducing the establishment and operation of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers.Results The practice showed that the clinical application of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers could prevent and control effectively medical pollution and potential infective risk,reduce rationally using drugs;reduce the stress of nursing staff and the risk of career health and malce rational use of human resources.Conclusion The establishment of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers has very important meaning for developing clinical medical treatment and nursing management.
