摘　　要：在中国石油兰州石化分公司240kt/a乙烯改造装置中,废碱液的处理工艺采用湿式空气氧化法。对生产使用的氧化反应嚣、中和罐和过滤嚣等存在的问题进行了分析,并提出更换管线、增加液面计和加入"黄油"抑制剂等建议。The waste alkali liquor in 240 kt/a ethylene remoulding unit was treated by wet atmospheric oxidation proeess. The problems existed in the oxidation reactor, neu-tralizer and filter in the proeess were analyzed. The suggestions of change pipe, add liquid leveler and feed grease as inhibitor were proposed.
