摘  要:索风营水电站大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝, 最大坝高115 8m。基于坝址河谷狭窄及基础约束强烈, 为防止坝体出现危害性裂缝, 设计采用有限元三维仿真模拟坝体分缝分层的施工过程对坝体温度应力场进行仿真计算, 从大坝结构设计、混凝土材料选择, 以及施工方法等方面, 加强温度控制。从目前已完成的基础约束区及坝体30万m3 混凝土(其中碾压混凝土18万m3 )浇筑质量来看, 裂缝极少, 且为表层裂缝, 质量良好。The dam of Sofengyin Hydropower Station is RCC gravity one with highest height of 115.8m The foundation constraint is very strong because the river valley at dam site is narrow.In order to prevent occurring impair crack on the dam body,the designer has strengthened temperature control in some key links such as structure design of the dam,selection of concrete materials,construction method etc..Using 3-d finite element method the designer also simulated constructing progress by layers and joints,as well as carried out simulating calculations to temperature field of the dam.According to the concrete completed at the foundation constraint area and in dam body,the crack are few,andonly on the surface,this makes known the quality of concrete constructing at the areas is quite well.
