摘  要:研究了铁-[2 (5 Br 2 吡啶偶氮) 5 二乙氨基酚](5 Br PADAP)-微乳液体系析相光度分析法。研究中发现,在72℃水浴中加热5min,微乳液(OP乳化剂/正丁醇/正庚烷/水)相即与水相完全分层,且位于水相之上,可直接移取测定。Fe(Ⅱ)在0~0 32μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为3 09×105,方法具有很好的选择性,是一种简便,快速的富集分离和分析方法,应用于环境水样中铁的测定,结果令人满意。Microemulsion was applied to phase-separation spectrophotometry for determination of iron*'. OP microemulsion(OP/C_4H_9OH/C_7H_(16)/water)was used as extractant and the phase-separation system of Fe*'-2--5-diethylaminophenol(5-Br-PADAP)-OP microemulsion was studied.The result shows that the OP microemulsion phase can be separated from water solution completely with bathing for 5 min at 72 ℃ and can be directly used for spectrophotometric analysis because it's on the water phase.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-0.32 μg/mL for Fe*'.The apparent molar absorptivity is (3.09×10~5 L· mol^(-1))·cm^(-1) at 744 nm.The proposed method is possible to be a high sensibility and selectivity for determination of Fe*' in pond water and tap water with simplicity,rapidity and accuracy.
