摘  要:采用硝酸-硫酸混合液溶样,电解法分离基体铜,加热浓缩后,加入相应的硫酸使标样与试样基体匹配,用FAAS法在同一体系中测定锌、铁、铬、锰、镉。结果表明:残液中铜量及其它共存元素都不干扰测定。锌、铁、铬、锰、镉的相对标准偏差均在1 2%~4 8%之间,回收率在92%~108%之间。方法简单,可用于日常分析。A method for determining Zn, Fe, Cr, Mn, and Cd in copper powder is presented.The sample is dissolved with a mixed solution(HNO_3∶H_2SO_4∶H_2O=7∶10∶25),and copper as the main interfering ion is separated by electrolytic method. The sample is concentrated by heating and evaporating. Matrix matching is used in the preparation of working curve. Thus various interferences is avoided.The Zn, Fe, Cr, Mn, and Cd contents is then determined by FAAS in the same solution.The analytical results obtained proved that interferences of copper and the other co-existing ions in the electrolyte is eliminated.The recoveries obtained for Zn, Fe, Cr, Mn and Cd are in the range of 92%-108% with RSDs of 1.2-4.8%(n=6).The proposed method has been applied to the daily analysis with satisfactory results.
