新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病58例临床治疗观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的有效护理方法。方法对58例HIE患儿,根据患儿患病轻重程度,在确诊为本病后,立即常规改善通气、输氧、脱水、激素、适量输液,并采取三项“支持”治疗及三项“对症”治疗,通过治疗及护理,58例HIE患儿,治愈50例,自动出院6例,死亡2例,病程最短3天,最长28天,平均14.2天。结论维持周身器官的良好灌注;维持足够的通气和换气功能;维持正常的血糖,控制惊厥;降低颅内压,减轻脑水肿;消除脑干症状以加强基础护理,防止并发症;注意保暖和喂养可提高HIE患儿的治愈率。objective To studay the efficiency method of nursing hypoxic―ischemic emcephalopathy infant. Methods According to the state of 58 cases hypoxic―ischemic emcephalopathy infant, we cure with treatment of improving ventilation, oxygen therapy, dehydration, hormone, transfusion. Results After treatment, fifty patients was cured, six patients leaved hospital themselves, two death. The patients stayed in hospital from 3 days to 28 days respectively. Average are 14.2 days. Conclusion Keeping breathe function and blood sugar to be normal, controlling eclampsia, reducing encephalic pressure and hydrocephalus, improving nursing and preventing syndrome, keeping warm and feeding well. all these will be good for the HIE infant.
