摘　　要：只用两个同极性的晶体管,设计成一个两端负阻电路,无须外加任何储能用的电感、电容等元件,其自身就能产生三角形脉冲波形,并能稳定地产生周期性的持续脉冲振荡。A novel circuit with negative resistance at two ends was designed and obtained usingonly two transistors of the same polarity. There is no need to add any inductor or capacitor forstoring energy. The circuit can generate triangle pulse shape itself, and it can also generate stableperiodic persistent pulsing oscillation.
