城市经营理念的价值取向思考

摘　　要：随着我国城市化的进程加快,城市发展面临许多新的问题,要提高城市竞争力和城市可持续发展能力,正确地确立城市经营理念以及城市经营理念的价值取向定位迫在眉睫。文章对目前存在的城市经营的资金导向、竞争力导向、功能导向,分别相对应地从功利主义价值取向、实证主义价值取向、结构功能主义价值取向进行剖析,提出了具有人本主义价值取向的城市经营理念的顾客导向,并构建了城市经营理念的价值取向模型。The authors of paper believe that it is imperious for us to establish the conception and valuable tropism about urban management. Because there are a lot of the new problems of the urban in the course of urbanization in our country, the authors conclude there aret he con- ceptions of urban management about the orien- tation of capital and city competition and func- tion at present. The authors analyze accordingly these conception of the valuable tropism of utili- tarian and structuralism and positivism. The authors set forth the valuable tropism of humani- tarianismt he orientation of constituency of con- ception of urban management, and constitutet he model of the valuable tropism of conception of urban management.
