摘　　要：Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,China has achieved sustainable growth in its foreign trade,becoming the sixth largest trade partner in the world.However,cases of anti-dumping against China are increasing year after year,thus bringing great offenses and loss to its enterprises.Therefore,China has become the most severe victim in this respect.The recent cases of US anti-dumping against Chinese color TV sets once again arouses our great concern stimulates our reflection.Those cases again remind the industry of household appliances and other industries of their drawing lessons from the cases and positively adjusting their strategies.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,China has achieved sustainable growth in its foreign trade,becoming the sixth largest trade partner in the world.However,cases of anti-dumping against China are increasing year after year,thus bringing great offenses and loss to its enterprises.Therefore,China has become the most severe victim in this respect.The recent cases of US anti-dumping against Chinese color TV sets once again arouses our great concern stimulates our reflection.Those cases again remind the industry of household appliances and other industries of their drawing lessons from the cases and positively adjusting their strategies.
