五色梅根化学成分的气相色谱/质谱联用分析研究

摘　　要：本文对五色梅根的甲醇提取物进行了甲醇-石油醚液液分配萃取,采用GC/MS分析了石油醚相粗提物的化学成分,鉴定了25种化合物。五色梅根化学成分的GC/MS联用分析还未见报道。The crude extracts isolated by methanol from the roots of Lantana camara L. were distributed and extracted by methanol-petroleum benzine. The chemical constituents of the crude extracts of the petroleum benzine phase were analyzed by means of GC/MS. 25 compounds were identified. The analysis on the chemical constituents of the roots of Lantana camara L. by means of GC/MS has not been reported.
